Please note: Additional customs fees or taxes may apply when delivering goods outside the European Union. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may arise. The amount of costs and fees may vary from country to country.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your new items within 30 days. Feel free to use the OGNX packaging so that the impact on the environment is as little as possible. In any case, we will recycle the packaging you use. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.

Please note: We only accept items for return:

  • if the item (s) were ordered from us in the online shop
  • if the item(s) is/are unused, has the original label and the items - with the exception of the fitting - have not been worn or washed, otherwise we cannot refund them in full.
  • if the products are in the manufacturer's original packaging

For customers from Germany we charge a return fee of €2.95. You can simply use the DHL return label included in your package to return your item. We will automatically deduct the return shipping costs from your refund amount.
If you can no longer find your return slip, it is sufficient for us if you include your order number (you can find this in your email inbox or your customer account) on a note in your return package.

Returns from abroad must be sent to the address below with sufficient postage.

If you made a purchase during a promotion, we reserve the right to refuse you the offer/discount if your order no longer meets the conditions for participation in the offer/discount after being returned.
