Bircher muesli

Autumn is here and it's slowly getting chilly outside. The body now needs a little more than a smoothie to recharge its batteries in the morning. We have just the right breakfast for you so that you can start your day strong and full of energy <3

For the Bircher muesli you need:

  • 300 grams of natural soy yogurt
  • 1 cup Bircher muesli mix e.g. from Basic (practical and very tasty)
  • or alternatively your own mix of e.g. Spelled flakes, raisins, nuts...
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons of almond butter

If you like, fresh fruit and a few nuts <3

Simply mix the muesli into the yoghurt until it is evenly mixed; you can add a little cinnamon here. It tastes best if the muesli stands for a few minutes so that the mixture can combine.

Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon over the muesli. You can then add the aganve syrup or honey over it. A dollop of almond butter in the middle & if you want an additional topping you can sprinkle fruit (cut into small pieces) and a few nuts over the muesli.
